What are the costs to get started?Here are the startup costs: Certification courses for the client you select are FREE! Starting from September 1, 2022, there will be a $30 background check fee. These fees are paid directly to Arise Virtual Solutions, not to our company.

What type of services will I provide as an Independent Contractor?We offer a wide range of client programs for you to choose from, including sales, customer service, technical support, email support, and chat support. When you work with us, you have the freedom to select your client, set your own schedule, and even work comfortably in your pajamas!

How much money can I make?Your compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. You choose the client that you want to service. While some choose their client for the compensation rate only, some choose a client because they are open 24/7, and some choose a client that has a super easy workflow with less hourly pay. You set your schedule and choose when and how much you work. Your paycheck is up to you! We have team members making up to $1500+ bi-weekly!

What fees will I have to pay and why?Our service fee is a low flat rate of $49.99 per invoice, which covers the $19.75 fee charged by Arise. Paydays occur on the 1st and 15th of each month. This affordable fee enables us to provide support to you throughout your certification process and beyond. Our goal is your success, and we're committed to helping you achieve it!

As agents, are we responsible for our taxes?You are solely responsible for your taxes. We do not withhold any taxes on your behalf, and at the end of each month, you will receive a 1099 form.

If I become your agent, how many jobs can I work at once?At Virtual Occupations, there are no income caps. You can take on as many jobs as your schedule allows!
